Use Essential Oils

Essential Oils works extremely well when used in any one of the following methods. Depending on what situation you are treating, different conditions will need to be handled accordingly and some may need to use several combination.

• Used directly  on the area of soreness
• Include with a compress to penetrate into the skin
• Therapeutic massage combine with a massage oil as a foundation
• Placed onto Reflexology points
• Direct breathing Essential Oils or humidifier/vaporizer/diffuser/sprayer
• Consumed by mouth
• Put on acupuncture points to clear away emotional patterns
• Used like a perfume or cologne
